From start to finish I received very professional and helpful service. I collected 3 bids before choosing AWS. Waterproofing is not an inexpensive project and they were not the cheapest, but they were the most professional. All of the associates who worked on the job and in the office were polite and willing to answer questions and discuss concerns. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired AWS to resolve a flooding problem in my backyard. They were quick to schedule my job and arrived on time to start the work. The 2 workers did a great job even though dealing with not the best conditions. Due to some unforeseen problems in the area, they were not able to complete the job in 1 day, however they gave me a time they would be back, and finished the job promptly.I an pleased with the final product.

Great communication every step of the way. Work was completed as promised. Even after I was satisfied with the work they showed back up when the owner saw something in a picture of the job he was reviewing that he was not satisfied with. After meeting with several waterproofing contractors, I was not satisfied. All I got was just high prices to show. A friend had recommended this company, but I hadn’t reached out to them. I had a great experience with this company. I recently had this team waterproof my basement and fix the drainage issues in my yard. The basement walls buckling and I didn’t know why but they explained how water pressure can build up outside and push the walls inward and also allow water to seep in. They fixed this and also put in a drain along the edge of the floor that leads to a sump area where the water is removed. The team was excellent and efficient. They showed up on time when they said they would be there, were very thorough with the work performed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I even had them finish the basement so we could use it as a family room. What started as an old musty basement with bowed walls was transformed into a clean, sharp-looking addition to our house, which is now waterproofed against the elements.

The service here is superb. I bought my 3-bedroom home about two years ago and have been struggling with water pooling in our backyard for two years. It is close to the living space and, during heavy storms, rain would leak into the basement rooms below. Not only was this an issue, but the room smelled musty and moldy and that smell sometimes drifted upstairs. So, I reached out to these guys, and they were at my house on time. They were very detailed with their work, addressing each part of the issues- the yard drainage, the leaking walls, the mold and mildew, and creating a drain and sump system. We had reached out to multiple waterproofing companies and decided to go with a waterproofing solution. That was the best decision we could’ve ever made. Back in 2020 and we had a lot of snow and it started to melt our basement which was fully furnished was destroyed. After going through multiple companies we came across A waterproofing solution. When they came out to survey the damage and what needed to be done they were very knowledgeable and friendly. We did not think we would really ever need it however last week after the rain we had from the hurricane our sump pump worked wonderfully not a single drop of water in our basement.
